On Kinugawa, Day 2

Firstly.... HAppy FatHer'S dAy to all DAds and GranddAds out there.

Ok, on to Day 2 of Kinugawa. After checking out of our hotel at 10 and depositing our bags at the station, we took the local bus to edomura, a village made to look like old edo.

ninja, hiding among the people. Geisha in the street. Performance [IT was great! the stuntmen and the sound effects were superbly coordinated]. Olivia. another street. watch tower [a stunt man actually jumped down from it!!! LIKE WOAAAAAH!!!] WE watched a ninja performance, and that really something. [i think they spent too much time talking and too little time fighting though.too dark, so no pics from that] tofu, anyone? Xiayi practices ninjutsu. NInja museum. shuriken. more ninja info. Exhibit on how the edo millers used water energy to pound wheat into flour. Weather charms [didn't work though.... IT rained]

ninja cafe closed -_-. Sign on Ninja Cafe stating that the staff were on a top secret mission. Random buildings random street shots.... don't you think the buildings are great?Ignore me.... i found the interior design of old edo houses fascinating... esp loved the cooking area in the middle of the main room.
Xia yi wasn't feeling well, so we didn't stay long. Returned to tokyo by train... Olivia snacks on an icecream, while I get a bento.
