On Kobe, Day 4
On day four, I realised that I hadn't taken pics of the room we stayed in...

room pic2
room pic3. (the pink fluffy slippers are unfortunately mine...)
Otousan and Okaasan brought us to mount rokko. On the way, we stopped by a famous bridge, called Venus bridge, cos it's supposed to be famous for it's LUURVEEE POWAAAH... -_-
there's a festival that sports thousands of locks, and couples buy a pair of keys and try to find the locks on the bridge that fit their keys...
a place for the successful couples to hang their locks.
A pic of the lock of a successful couple.
Okaasan and I on venus bridge.
After Venus bridge, we continue to the top of mount rokko. Pavillion at the top of mount rokko.
Trying out a traditional game... throwing clay discs to see how far they can go... a bit like discus. the discs spin rather prettily when you throw them correctly.
Otousan giving a demonstration.
Xia yi trying to find her disc (it crashed into a random tree and disintegrated -_-)
LUNCH!
scenery from where we were sitting.
After lunch, we take a look at the shops nearby. the area is famous for glassworks.
Cute right?
After Mount Rokko, we went to Arima, famous for onsen. We didn't have time to try the onsen, but we tried out the Ashiyuu, foot onsen.
気持ちよかったわ~! pic of my feet.
grp pic.
pic of street in Arima, nice place.
Otousan brought us to his farm after arima.

ENDHave sorta recovered :) Some universities have been on emergency shutdown due to an outbreak in measels. This is due to the curious trait of certain students to 'ganbarimasu~' even though they look like they belong in hospitals....
