On Kobe, Day 1

Went to Kobe for a one-week homestay with xia yi from the 12th of March to the 18th. [left on the 11th, arrived back on the 19th]. The Family I stayed with, the KITAs, were a VERY VERY nice and warm couple... wouldn't have come back if not for the fact that i had to go collect my results from school -_-. [not all pics are from my cam -_-]
We arrived in the afternoon, so the Kitas brought us out for lunch at matsuri kuru-kuru kai ten sushi... which is conveyor belt sushi. It was xia yi's first time, so she was pretty excited. Okaasan [Kita Yasuko] and I xia yi and how much she ate. me and how much i ate IKURAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA horse meat sushi xia yi with otousan[Kita Ryoji] me making an order... us outside the sushi place after lunch, they brought us to the pearl bridge, which is a huge bridge linking kobe with awaji island... otousan worked for the steel company which made the wires for the bridge when he was younger.... it was/is the 4th biggest steel company in Japan.
